The Science Alliance has support for it’s "organizational success" from The San Diego Foundation in a grant to engage the SDSA Board of Directors and community partners in a strategic planning initiative. The twelve year history of San Diego’s premier science education networking leadership has resulted in effectively coordinating resources for K-12 science educators from the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) business community. But, as every organization ages and grows, the time comes to re-evaluate and assess the mission and vision. The Science Alliance’s support from the Organizational Success group of The San Diego Foundation will assist SDSA in developing a new lens for connecting STEM professionals with K-12 educators.
SDSA has contracted with David Heil & Associates to survey the field and engage the Board of Directors and community stakeholders
