Chem Expo

Brief Description:
The Annual Chem Expo in Balboa Park is organized by the San Diego Section of
the American Chemical Society. The Chem Expo is an opportunity to improve
public awareness about the importance of chemistry and science in everyday
life and the roles that chemists play in our community. The Chem Expo
welcomes students of all levels and typically includes:
. Local Company Displays
. Organization Displays
. Chemical Demonstrations
. Hands-On Activities
. Free Raffles
. Teacher Resource Table
. K-12 Extra Credit
. Poster Contest

The Chem Expo will take place on November 6, 2004 in Balboa Park and the theme will be "Earth's Atomosphere and Beyond"
