Brackish Water Treatment Facility Tours

Brief Description:
Students learn about groundwater, aquifers and reverse osmosis treatment and participate in hands-on laboratory activities that simulate groundwater influences. Students measure water hardness or pH as an indicator or point and non-point source pollution. (Bus fee reimbursement and secondary-school teacher release fees are available, serves West Chula Vista, National City, and Bonita)
