UCSD's Division of Physical Sciences makes its current research available to teachers, students and members of the general public through the news section and image gallery on the division's web site (http://physicalsciences.ucsd.edu/) and through Atoms to X-rays, a series of video programs highlighting current research in chemistry, biochemistry, physics and astronomy (http://www.ucsd.tv/atoms/). This series includes some short video programs and supplemental materials ideal for classroom use. The division's Algebraic Thinking Institute offers a unique, intensive summer professional development program for mathematics teachers (http://ati.ucsd.edu/).
