E3 - Energy Efficiency Education, K/1 Curriculum Training at SDCOE

Description:
SDUSD and SDCOE have partnered with SDG&E to enhance students’ knowledge of energy efficiency. The students will:
* Understand that the sun is the main source of energy
* Realize the sun causes weather
* Understand that weather, shade and color of material can affect the amount of sunlight reaching us and can affect the temperature
* Realize that they can have a positive impact on their community and the planet by making changes in their energy use.

Each Training session has space for 25 participants. Participants only need to attend ONE training date.
