TeacherTECH Technology Tools Series: Learning to Create Successful Science Webquests for Your Students - Thursday, May 15, 2008, 4:30pm- 6:30pm

Elementary School, Middle School and High School Teachers are invited to attend our May TeacherTECH Technology Tools Series focused on creating successful science webquests for your students.

Workshop Description:
Have you wanted to use the Internet as a more dynamic resource in your teaching? How can you find better quality resources without spending hours of your time?

Come to our Webquest/Web based lessons training session to answer these questions and learn to do the following:

1) Take home lists of Internet resources that are already vetted

2) Take home existing webquests for your classes and to share with
your colleagues

3) Learn the process of making webquests at various levels of difficulty and critical thinking

4) Make one (or begin to make one) to take back to your classroom

This workshop will be accompanied by take-away handouts as a guide for classroom use.


Please join us for an exciting and informative session of hands-on learning presented by Leslie Gushwa, San Dieguuito Academy.
