| Organization Profile | The Curriculum and Special Projects Unit provides leadership and coordinates/ presents staff development in curriculum, methodology and assessment. The unit coordinates and promotes K-12 science and mathematics staff development events that are designed to enhance educators' abilities to implement a balanced curriculum including instructional strategies and assessment. Coordination and support for the California State Framework are provided through the Science Advisory Committee and district curriculum administrators. |
