E3 - Energy Efficiency Education, 4th Grade Curriculum Training at NCREC

Description:
San Diego Unified School District and San Diego County Office of Education have partnered with San Diego Gas and Electric to enhance students’ knowledge of energy efficiency. The fourth grade curriculum includes 5 lessons
* Head to Head Light Bulb Challenge
* What Happens When You Flip The Switch?
* What Turns The Generator?
* Solar Energy and Water Heaters
* Saving Energy at School and Home

All training participants will receive an E3 kit, which includes:
* Curriculum
* Classroom materials (valued at $100)
* Class set of Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFLs)


Each Training session has space for 25 participants.
* Participants only need to attend ONE training date.
