We are developing an Educational website for kids, ages 8-12, called "Eccentric Racing Network". KPBS is developing the animated film portion with us, and we are planning to launch this fall.
We are looking for 2 San Diego teachers, one for each of the science lessons below, to write a 3-5 page lesson that co-ordinates with the animated film lessons on our site. We will pay $350 for each lesson.
Each lesson will be included in our downloadable education guide in which we will also give author credit. The lessons should be for 5th - 6th grade. They are:
* Forces and Motion (as it relates to race cars)(Physical Science)
* Early Space and Rocketry (Technology in Science)
